This is a shabu-shabu course where you can enjoy sirloin and loin. It is a shabu-shabu with rich kelp broth that goes well with aged ponzu and homemade sesame sauce. The broth is made with natural water and is full of sharp flavor. Free flow (all-you-can-drink for 90 minutes) / You can also add 3,300 yen (standard) or 8,800 yen (premium) per person.
