This is a shabu-shabu course where you can enjoy sirloin and loin. It is shabu-shabu with a rich kelp broth that goes well with aged ponzu and homemade sesame sauce. The broth is made with natural water, resulting in a sharp and flavorful broth. Free flow (all-you-can-drink for 90 minutes) / Add-on is available for 3,300 yen (standard) or 8,800 yen (premium) per person.
